Hey there—

This is Ethan and Nick, the co-founders of Magic Pace.

Working with collaborators and employees from around the globe has been a massive competitive advantage for us. It’s enabled us to scale quickly and hire quality talent by increasing the applicant pool. It’s also allowed us to keep costs in check.

Hiring abroad however also presents its set of challenges. That’s why we started Magic Pace.

It takes a long time to hire.
Which is why we built a team of in-market recruiters that have deep domain expertise hiring candidates from other fast growing businesses. They scour hundreds of resumes, and interview dozens of candidates so you don’t have to.

Finding the right talent with the right skills is hard.
We’ve built a database of qualified candidates across roles and geographies. We also provide verbal, technical and cultural assessments to further vet candidates. So you’ll rest easy knowing that each candidate put forward has been vigorously pre-screened.

Onboarding remote talent is a challenge.
Once you hire a candidate we provide you the playbooks and frameworks to support the onboarding process. Including monthly coaching calls to help you through those critical first 90 days. Lastly, if the candidate is not meeting expectations, we will run the search again—free of charge.
